These Terms of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using "tocotoco" (hereinafter "the App"), an iOS application provided by takayaso (hereinafter "the Developer"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

The App suggests walking destinations based on your mood and guides you using arrow navigation. Destination suggestions use AI, and the accuracy and safety of suggestions are not fully guaranteed.

Subscription

The App is free to use, but some features require a subscription to "tocotoco Pro" (paid plan).

• Monthly Plan — Automatically renews every month.
• One-Time Purchase — A single purchase for permanent access.

The monthly plan automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription after purchase in your device's "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions".

Usage Precautions

• Please pay close attention to your surroundings while walking. The Developer is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the App.
• The App is designed for pedestrians. Do not use it while driving a vehicle or riding a bicycle.
• AI-suggested destinations may include restricted areas or potentially dangerous locations. Please assess the situation on-site and act at your own discretion.

Disclaimer

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated date.
